I wonder if anyone knew if Hptm Jahns from IR 159 had the first name Hermann ?
It exist an book about this Regiment which maybe have the answer ?

his death notice in the Militär-Wochenblatt shows him as Gerhard Jahns.

I cannot find his death notice in the MWB or any official loss lists. Do you knew when he died and/or if he had any connection to the Air Force ?
