Hi, I have two german generals without a name. Help request

The second photograph is of General Max v. Bahrfeldt.

I believe the first officer is the then Major Johannes v. Busse as the commander of the Kriegsschule in Neisse with the uniform of Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 3

Thank you Glenn! Do you mean that this officer could be General Johannes Rudolf von Busse here pictired as a Major? He was promoted to Generalmajor on 22.03.1915. So, when this photo was taken?
