As with most works from that source, unfortunately not full view outside of the USA. Based on my access to the Prussian Rangliste full view for the rest of us is when a work is about 140 years old.

NB. And sure enough when I check the "similar items" most of them are full view despite being from c. 1918. Still 1914-18 era regimental histories are limited search, as are those from the 1880s onward.

Sorry to hear that you only have limited view. There are ways around that but I cannot say what they are. I'm not being cute I just don't know. Some suggestions:

VPN program
Google for other methods
