All,

I am wondering if anyone has any information concerning what decorations this man received? The only ones I know of are the PlM and EK. Any and all help appreciated.

John

Heye also served in South West Africa pre WW1 so some Colonial awards must be also included.

I have never seen any entries of Heye's Laufbahn using the word "reaktiviert". zur Verfügung is only "is available" and that date was 04.11.38. (I don't know the finer distinction between this and zur Disposition). Plus, if he was reactivated, what responsibilities did he have? There were a handful of pictures of his wearing the WM eagle on his breast and hat but they all seemed to be ceremonial.

Thanks

One of the bunkers on Musterlager South Artillery range is/was named "Heye" - others include "Hindenburg", "Ludendorf" and "Lossburg"
