Does anyone know of a Artist by the name of Hugo Vogel? Its on a oil painting of Hindenburg and I beleive some General that I'm not sure who it is.

thank you, I thought about emailing one of the German art dealers that I found off of Goggle. Im lost if not, I do not have a clue on what price to put on it insurance wise before I move from Germany.

I'd get an actual art dealer to come round to your home to inspect it.

Yes Gwynn It is an original, the problem is that I'm trying to find a dealer or appasier.
