Ernest Theodor Eichelbaum
b. June 23, 1893 in Berlin
d. April 16, 1991 in St. Peter-Ording

After WW2 was second mayor of Leipzig and CDU politician.

Appears to be listed in the Verlustlisten pg. 14568 as seriously wounded while serving with 3./Feldart. Nr. 246

As far as I can determine he never wrote a memoir nor has a book been written about him, but I would still be interested in anything biographical.
