Of the three generals on the front row. left is v Eben AOK 9 (neu) , right by the tree is v Morgen I Res Korps

Can't figure out who middle man was.

Regarding Getty Images pic on admirals, I think Henkel-Gerhardi was half a head taller than the Kaiser so must be someone else.

Exactly my thoughts also. Any idea who it might be?
And what about the rest of ID's? Do you agree?

Please help me ID this Kaiserliche Marine admiral. The photo was taken during WW2 in France. He is wearing glasses and what appears to be either the Roter Adler Orden 2. Klasse or the Kronen Orden 2. Klasse around the neck.
