Alfred von Tirpitz left and Kaiser Wilhelm II on the right.
Who is in the middle? Is it Prinz Heinrich von Preußen or someone else? Perhaps a relative of the Kaiser from some other country.

He looks like Tsar Nicolaus to me.

Thanks Glenn, but I'm still not sure. He seems to be too tall to be Nicholas II. He was shorter than Kaiser Wilhelm II.

Who is this admiral 3rd from the left with the sash? I can't quite make out the exact rank, it appears to be Admiral.

I don't think so. He was also shorter than Wilhelm II. I think it has to be Prinz Heinrich then.
