The Tsingtao visit was attended by ObstLt Luiz FrHr v Lilliencron and was seen "an der Spitze" with Prinz Heinirch on 04.10.12. Lilliiencron was in SeeBtl uniform but was NOT this man ..... The picture posted here was so distorted that nothing could help correct that. Fortunately, I think related pictures from the same occasion was posted before at GMIC which is where the top picture came from. You can clearly see his Flügeladjutant Gedenkzeichen and HP2b old model Bruststern. So it was the somewhat elusive KzS Friedrich v Bülow.
