Gunnar,

I believe it is Otto Holzschuh. He was a Reichsbankbeamter by profession. In 1914 he is listed under Landwehr-Bezirk Barmen. The 1927 Barmen Adressbuch lists a Reichsbankbeamter with the name Otto Holzschuh. He is shown as a Reichsbankrat in Elberfeld in 1942

Regards
Glenn

Thanks again Glenn !

I also think that Otto is the "wanted" man, and if so he was rather certain born 04.11.1879 in Hanau.
