If WW1 had started in June 1914 with immediate naval action in the north or baltic sea would the Koing or GK battleships have been ready for any sort of action ? I know they were not commissioned until august 1914 /oct 1914 but they must have have been almost complete with some sort of a crew trained on them by june 1914 ?

Maybe they could perform in the baltic where they are not exposed to royal navy as secondline battleships , for shore bombardment or coast defence ships ?
