I am looking for information about which command(s) was/were held by General der Infanterie Oskar von HUGO (1840 - 1919) between 1894 when he gave up command of the 13th Infantry Brigade, and 1903 when he was appointed Inspector-General of Training.

Oskar (von) Hugo retired on 18.08.94 and received the Charakter as a Gen.Lt. on 10.09.1898. He held no positions after 18.08.94.
He was raised to the nobility on 16.06.1913
