anyone knows this Prince

if yes

anyone has already heard that this Prince was an possible favourite for the Chancellery, but unfortunately, too much early, he died on 1925 (car-crash)

no,

the ace's name is :
Heinrich Prinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn
it is a other branch,
but son's of Fürst Richard is Ludwig Prinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, Kommandeur Kav-Rgt 18 and after Kav-Rgt "Süd" and Prinz Ludwig has received Ritterkreuz.
