Did Wilhelm II really say this?

Post by Lawrence » 11 Aug 2003 02:17

Greetings! I was just curious, I've seen this quote several times, usually on propaganda pieces and was wondering if it's a real quote and if so, what context it was in. Did Kaiser Wilhelm II really say this?

God has made us for civilizing the world. Woe and death to all who oppose my will.
