No. R.Carls there was the vice-admiral in 1937, and on a photo a 1936.
In addition, this admiral did not serve in Kriegsmarine.

№5 - is 100% an Wilhelm Souchon. On a uniform the Turkish medal "Gallipoli Star" is well visible. Oldekop did not serve in Turkey.
