This all on one site or not,the general is a favourite?,but interesting stuff,always liked that 55 days at peking and the germans the most,marines i think it was that fought there mainly?.I will have to take a better look another time at the site. 8-)

The painting on this site "von Etzel in a painting of the Kalgan Expedition" is from Theodor Rocholl, out of the book "Deutschland in China" (Bagel Verlag, Duesseldorf 1902)

Mr von Etzel don´t mention the orderly source, but "stamps" his own copyright on the picture!

Man,was wondering what music,but herd it,yes some good old german stomping music would be better,some imperial army band music. :lol:

Yes,that is an Imperial Navy cap.It seemed fitting,I was a sailor on an old destroyer myself 30 years ago.
