Does anyone have any data on this Oberstleutnants career in South West Afrika 21.3.1898 to 1919 I believe that he served as Stabsoffizier to Oberst von Estorff 1907

Sorry I don't have much info, but here he is mentioned as a Major on the May 1914 Rank list. I hope that helps,
