Please don't thank me. Thank the late Captain O'Keefe USV for the wonderful photographic record he left us. His collection of the China Relief Expedition is pricleless! The "German" photographs are just a small example of the hundreds of photos he took.

But I think it could be Prinz Heinrich visiting Tsingtao much earlier.
