The first photo shows definitely the mission Kirando (St. Franz-Xaver) and comes from the Colonial Archive in Frankfurt,

This photo from the inside of the church is one of the last photos before the mission was closed and finally abandoned,
at the end of the 40s of the 20. Century. The main reason was the decline of the lake level and the abandonment of the
local population.
