Does anyone have information (links, pictures etc) on German involvement in Southeast Asia from c. 1870 to 1945?

There were German trading stations in the Pacific before a colony was established in New Guinea in 1884. This colony was expanded to include many Pacific Islands such as the Marinas and Carolines. Samoa was later added too.
Germany also leased the Chinese port of Tsingtao.
All these possesions were lost in 1914.
A good place for info on the colonies is - http://www.deutsche-schutzgebiete.de/
I hope that's a start for you.
Cheers
Chris
