Did the Croatian MVSN Legion which served with the Italian 8th Army have any kind of unit badges exept the HVRATSKA armshield, like the Wehrmacht Croatian Legion had the linden leaf badge.

Dan,
I believe they used the same symbol. There is a four set of Croatian stamps issued in 1943 with an image of a soldier from this unit. I believe the symbol is on the soldier's helmet.

The picture of the badge, on the second post, was it made under the war and allowed to be worn on uniform?

The badge on picture 2 is usual thing for all Italian units. This is "fashion" and individual units detail.
