Who is the Colonel with Benito Mussolini?

I'm not able to identify that guy. Nevertheless, the meeting should have taken place durin the visit in Germany on July 1944, when Mussolini inspected the four Divisions of the ENR (San Marco, Littorio, Monterosa, Italia) during their training, before their coming back in Italy in August. Note the "gladius and laurel" on the Graziani's collar, new insignia of the ENR (with respect to the "Savoia's stars" of the Royal Army).

Hi,
It is IDed as Mario Zingani (Italian Colonel).
But I can not find any information of him on the internet.
Can anyone tell me any information of him?
