Paracadutisti - Italian paratroopers,
but I can't say which branch of the armed
forces as there were several.

A closer look makes me think they
might be the naval branch. Looks like
they are wearing "sailor collars" and the
officer in dark uniform with Rundstedt
looks naval too... maybe admiral Tur.
Look for NUOTATORI PARACADUTISTI if
interested.

Are "swimmer parà" BTG of the Royal navy . Probabily in Tolone( Toulon in France)
