64th Catanzaro Division

This Italian division was lost in Operation Compass. It was at Buq Buq when engaged by 4th Armored Brigade, losing 400 prisoners. It then proceeded to fight a rear guard action at or near Sollom before retreating into Bardia December 15.

Does anyone know what battles it fought with the British and the casualties to both sides? Operation Compass shows almost no increase in prisoners during the 64th's withdrawal and yet it is listed as only "remnants" and even "disbanded" when it arrived in Bardia before Bardia was even attacked due to prior losses. I am unable to find any losses but the 400 prisoners.
