Bersaglieri plume
Did Bersaglieri wear always their plume? Or sometimes for example in Russia they had not it because too showy on the snow?

Yes, the bersaglieri wore the plumes all the time. Same with the Alpini and their feather. If you see them without it, it was likely lost/destroyed.
