Yes, it was.
RSI's armed forces used at least one Littorina (by Battalione Bersaglieri "Benito Mussolini" and it was all painted in graygreen
The Germans used some Littorinas, all painted in the 3 tone campuflage scheme.

Here a lineup of Italian (ex-French) Renault R35 on the Island of Sicily. The occasion is the visit of the Italian King on 2 January 1943. Location is airfield Cosimo. This was defended by mobile group G.
