Those are interesting photos - the setup for stretching broken limbs. Thanks, George, for sharing them!
A few photos of a hospital car, all from the same lot on Ebay.de.
Note the broken windows and bullet holes. In the first photo a Russian text is visible on the side: "Тормоз Вест. Лю" That means that the car is Soviet. The first word translates as "Brake", but the other two are abbreviations that I can't dechipher.
