Larry: do you have higher scans that shows the text on the paper filings in pic 1 and 3?
This is the best I could do. The text on the folders in the other photo was too blurry.

Larrister: Thanks for the extra scan, I could read at least one of them: "Paid bills". I guess holding track of bills were a essential thing in the military bureaucracy

Great Posts, I almost forgot how seriously people took getting their photos taken back then. These office photos speak volumes.
