How many German troops were stationed in Czech and Slovakia before the 1944 Slovak Uprising?

Hi friends, I've searched quite a bit on the topic but the only thing I got was that there were 40,000 Axis troops fighting the uprising initially which later increased to 83,000. But different sources were inconsistent regarding if the number included the Slovak troops still loyal to Tiso or the small number of Hungarians stationed in Slovakia or if all German troops in Slovakia were counted as fighting the uprising? For Czech lands, there was no information at all.
Any help with reliable reference is greatly appreciated!
