Searching for Ritterkreuz psychoanalyses

Hi

well psychoanalyses is not exactly that for what i am looking for. I am searching for some kind of profiler analyses of Ritterkreuz holders. A work that has it about motivation, psycho, charater etc. and anaylses why those men did their job again and again and in some cases over years without getting a nervous breakdown.

I have found such a work about german close combat claps owners, but this has it more about sociological aspects.

Any ideas?
