Which of these 1945 fortress battles do you think was the toughest for the Soviets to crack and which one interests you the most?

Danzig
Konigsberg
Posen
Breslau

For both questions I'd say Breslau. Königsberg & Danzig fell in days, Posen after almost a month. Breslau held out for 3 months, and the defenders put up a pretty impressive fight (certainly more so than in the other 3 fortresses). There's even a pretty decent book published by Stackpole concerning the siege. Definitely worth a read!

I would be tempted to add Budapest to that list.

The battle for Wrocław is the longest. The fight for the fortress Küstrin 1945 is also interesting.
