Is saying the man who ignores that the arrival of more supplies in Tripoli does not mean the arrival of more supplies at the front .
He never heard of the law of diminishing returns .

Bluffing as usual as you have no data to support this. I have a suspicion that in months were losses of supplies were much less, much more arrived at the front.
