Does anyone have LARGE scans of said document they can email to me?, They need to be clear enough so i can read them, the reason i ask is because my reenactment unit is starting a small detachment of HJ Flak hilfe, and i would like to reproduce said document also what are the rough meaurements of these?

Try this: go to axishistory.com. Click on uniforms and militaria, click on Germany and Austria, the click on documents. Then, select either HJ Leader or HJ membership I.D.
The pictures should help.
