Neat RAD/BDM/student/military ID grouping, all to same girl.

Some pretty neat stuff in this grouping I just received: There's a military service Dienstausweis that was issued very late in the war on 29.3.1945 at a place called Travemünde, in which she was a labratory helper. Travemünde looked like it was a sea-air base. There's a student ID card for the university at Heidelberg, issued in April 1944. There's some sort of NSDAP Studentenbund pass (not shown). There's a DAF workbook. There's an AEG factory pass, issued in late 1944. There's the RAD ausweis, from 1942. There's also a post-war issued school ausweis from 1948 (not shown here). And, a BDM ausweis, issued when she was only 10 years old, as a member of the jungmädel (ages 10 - 14). I love the BDM card because not only does she have the BDM jacket on, she is wearing the beret, too.

'photo id grouping'

'Greetings, Also affirmative that this indicates a consistency valuable to documentation of what could probably be considered as typical enough for a girl those days. Actually, Trave Munde was used for a place of detention; including the execution of 4 (four) monks that were part of the monastery. But being strategic as a v. Northernmost place of Germany mainland, could have been location for about any sort of Reich based endeavors, including a medical facility. Believe that's what you've got there, anyway. Some sort of a medical techie papieren. Was particularly interesting that the photos are fixed onto the card with rivets. Probably because of the weather. Not laminated. Tschuss. D. D.'

'Greetings again, Wanted to include this before, but am formatting as a separate post.Would appreciate input on the obtaining of fotos of Elsbeth Zander. Frau Zander recv'd the Mutter Kreuze on the birthday of the Fuhrer's mother. Was then accordingly considered to represent a model of Deutscherin motherhood. Though there are enough text references to her, have not located any graphic images. Viele Danke for your considerations on this. frd'
