what is it nachrichten helferinen milva ? Have you ever seen this ?

Bonsoir Fred,

'Milva' may mean "Militärverwaltungsbezirk A" i.e. the German occupation zone in NW France. So your document would deal with signals auxiliaries working in that zone or destined to work there.
