Either June 2 or June 3 (it seems to vary between sources) was Edda Goering's birthday. She's supposedly living in South Africa now, I hope happily. I have always admired her tenacity and dignity in the face of pushy or downright hostile journalists. I can't agree with all she has to say about her famous father, but he must have been a wonderful parent to inspire such enduring loyalty in his daughter.
