Ingeborg Sperr
I recently came across a picture of Ingeborg Sperr. It referred to her as Rudolf Hess's secretary. Apparently she testified at Nuremberg, but the article does not give any details. Does anyone have any information about her? Was she ever charged with anything and was she ever imprisoned. I doubt that she is still alive but it would be interesting to know if she ever married and whether or not she had any children.

Re: Ingeborg Sperr
This news I found it but I have not published because there is no indication that it is her. I do not think the name Ingeborg Sperr was her only to have him in Germany. Maybe you have other news that I did not however confirm that it's her?

Re: Ingeborg Sperr
To Helge and Annelie -Thank you for your help. I had seen this statement before, but unfortunately as Helge said it does not link the other information together. The d.o.b seems to be correct. looking at the photo from 1946 a birthdate of 1912 would make her 34 years old in the photograph which seems to be right. Apparently there is a memoir written by Ingeborg Sperr which is held at some University in the States. I also have an e-mail contact address for the Ordemann family member who posted the earlier burial information which I posted. Perhaps we can get help from this source. Again, thank you both for your help.

Thanks for the info Annelie. I have been out of action for a couple of years - heart attack - but I am feeling much better now.

Re: Ingeborg Sperr
I am happy to be able to report the I have received a reply from a member of the Ordemann family in Germany. I sent him a copy of the photograph which I had posted earlier. This is part of his reply : Yes, indeed: The photo shows Ingeborg Sperr, later the second wife of my father's brotherJohannas (his first marriage had ended in a divorce). From conversations in the family I know that Ingeborg was Hess's secretary, but I don't know further details so I did not publish this knowledge in my database and website." He went on to say that he had shown the picture of Ingeborg Sperr to his wife who remarked that the picture greatly resembled Inge's daughter Sabine. So now we know what happened to Ingeborg in the rest of her life. I wish to thank Helge and Annelie again for their help and also am deeply indebted to the Ordemann Genealogie Dept for their kind assistance.
