Nice picture, for some odd reason I'd think that the children of a group of men who basically waged campaigns of intimidation against all Christian denominations would be following religious tradition.

Great find Helge. She was 47 when she did this interview. Attractive woman and you can see the resemblance to her father. I have never seen her give an interview so this was a treat although I don't speak German so I have no idea what she said other than something about her mother not being very political. I've read she never married. She would be in her 70's now.

Indeed a very interesting interview knowing that she rarerly gives any interviews. The interview was made by the Swedish author Björn Fontander who also made a very interesting documentary for Swedish television in 1990 about Carinhall and Göring. And if my memory serves me corrrectly this interview was followed by that documentary. He has also written a very interesting book called, Göring´s Sweden - A lovehate, I don´t Think it´s available in English.

I would love to know what she's saying in this interview, if anyone knows of an English translation. Being that she hasn't made public statements to renounce the politics of her father it would be so interesting to understand how she processes it and anything comments she has to make.

Greetings Annelie. I only speak English and my whole PC (and YouTube) is already set to English. I can't see how to get this interview to be played in English. Do you have a trick setting up your sleeve? Could you publish the steps involved here? Thanks in advance! :-)

Activate the German subtitles, then go to "settings", then click and go to "subtitles / CC". From here go to "Auto-translate" and choose the language.

Wow - thanks Helge. I've worked in IT and been a computer geek for years but didn't know this! :)
