Can anyone help with this, did Helferin above the rank of Fuhrerin wear the bullion officers eagle on there Service Uniform?

As far as I know, yes. Same applies to the gold Adler.

They also wore silver or gold on the collar of their walking out suits, and on their Schiffchen and later on their M43 hats.
