Try 'A Woman in Berlin'. This was written by an anonymous female journalist during the final days when the Russains were already on the outskirts of the city. When first published in German in the late fifties it caused a great controversy because of how graphically it told of the rape and abuse of women during that time. It's been re-printed recently because of the death of the journalist, who swore never to have it re-printed in her lifetime after all the fuss it caused. Her name is suggested in the re-print but not confirmed.
I got my copy from Amazon.
