What is the armoured vehicle in this pic?

Looks like Soviet BAF-C, better known as BA-10.

I know it's hard to see from this pic, but is it possible to know what kind of hand-held weapon used by the SS soldier? Maybe magnetic mine or stielhandgranaten?

I think that he's not holding anything. They are looking for cover behind the AC!
Notice the guy behind - he has his rifle on his back and there's barrage on going.
Very unlikely, if the BA-10 would still be active! 8O
