From the 7 Guards Army unit list July 1943:

ФРОР
ОТД ИСШР БР

also I cannot translate the second part of this phrase - any ideas anyone? Is it the department for the Western Ukraine?
Field Army Artillery Depot and ......с отд для уапчастеи мехтяги?

Any link to the document? The second is obviously separate engineer-sapper assault brigade.

Here is where I have got to with the document to date.
341-0005312-0237-00000046 Numbers 7GA 1 July eng - Copy.jpg
The phrase is from this document:
20.07.1943.00000138 small.jpg
Both documents are from the 7 Guards Army Fond 341 Opus 5312 Doc 237

Great work Der Alte Fritz. I too have been trying to understand the small units (abbreviations) on these strength reports. But I’m having a hard time reading your very small red font on the left side. Maybe once we get this all cleared up you can print out a list of the names.

Anyway, I have been trying to help out. Listed below is the data I have from BSA (1 July) and BSSA (1 July) listings, 7GA July 1943. The only # 60 unit listed anywhere is the 60 Engineer-Sapper Brigade.

Please let me know if this is of any help....I had to crop the image to reduce the file size.

Dann
The original is full sized so had to be reduced to fit on the site, if you PM me I can send you the original.
Am now working on the handwritten 20th August Unit list as well as the Rear unit list and a list of Motor Vehicle units.

Yes I have all the BSA listings and had seen the 60th Engineer Bde - it was the strange two characters that foxed me following the "Engineer" bit.

7th Guards Army 1st July 1943
341-0005312-0237-00000046 Numbers 7GA 1 July eng small.jpg
7th Guards Army 20th August 1943
341-0005312-0237-00000241 numbers 7 GA 20 August eng small.jpg
seems pretty straight forward, except the "Earth and Timber Bunkers", "Penal Company"

Проч. спец GAZ-AA - perhaps 'other special purpose GAZ-AA'

ФОРГ-ХЕРЕЕ tractor - looks like incorrect spelling? - perhaps FORD, DEERE tractors, but I'm only guessing here...

бензоцист. = бензоцистерна = fuel cistern/tank, depending on context could be standalone or on truck (but in this case it would rather be автобензоцистерна)

and 'Hawk' on the document is German Horch

Most probably 93 Отдельная авто-ремонтная рота = 93rd Separate vehicle repair company

93 отдельная эвакоремонтная рота
I guess its task was to remove/evacuate and repair damaged/faulty tanks and perhaps other vehicles?

And the other question, yes, sounds like Auto Union half-track.

Here is a curious one that I have not seen before:

армейсное отделение госранна No104

"Army department of state No104"?
