Hello all,
Does anyone have any details of the BK 2 river patrol boat from WW2 era, I have a plan but I could do with some history, how many built and what colour they were if possible.
Happy to pay costs .
Compliments of the season to all
David

Greetings, you mean this single-boat? It was not a river-boat but a NKVD vessel

http://www.navypedia.org/ships/russia/ru_bg_bk02.htm
I dare to say there is extremely little information of this single obscure boat.
I made a check on my main database of skirmishes/surface battles and apparently was not involved in something meaningful to be reported (A "MO-408 engaged in a skirmish with Finnish boats on 17/Jul/43 was clearly a standard MO4 type boat, because this "BK-02" by that date changed hull number to 411).
