Agreed, a great find and thanks for pointing it out. Looks similar to some of the US 'reference data' type publications, covering basics such as movement and composition of various unit types. The ammunition info is about the only part I can make out as that's something I'd looked at before.

For those, who is interested in Soviet TOEs: from page 74 of the file till the page 93 you can find tables with TOE strength of weapons and ammunition of some units.
