Wouldn't it be a subjective question?

Anyhow I believe the answer here would be the city of Vilnus becoming part of Lithuania.

Yup, correct!

I suppose it is subjective, but at the same time I thought it was obviously enough :)

Ok, my turn

A western corresponded in Russia sends a report about a Nazi concentration camp which was almost captured intact but back home people refused to believe this report claiming that it can't be true and must be soviet propaganda, obviously later it was confirmed that the horror stories about this camp was true and not propaganda.

Identify this camp.
