This is a 122 mm Soviet howitzer? I think, it is, but I am not sure (if I know correctly, the 152 mm gun had the same lafette)

No, that is Soviet 152-mm howitzer ML-20. Soviet 122-mm A-19 was indeed build with same lafette, but it didn't have muzzle break.

Here is pic of A-19 to compare:
