The authorized strength of the cavalry division was about 5300 men. So 16000 men in the three divisions plus separate corps units.
How did the strength larger than 5300 happen - was it some amendment to the establishment, personnel overhead, something else - I don't know.

I see and thank you for your explanations but for a comparison mid 1944 with Rifle Corps in average a iD is to 5500 mens ( i have see 4200 up to 6800 ) a Rifle Corps have with organic elements artillery etc... 21000 or 22000 mens ?

And i think a RC have more Artillery than a GCC ?

You mean authorized strength or actual strength?

Organic artillery of rifle corps was all but absent at this stage except a small number of corps artillery regiments (total 13 regiments on 1 July 1944). Organic corps units included a corps HQ, artillery HQ battery, signals and sapper battalions and small service elements - total about 1300 men.

d. Tank corp had heavy tank regiment ? and how many ? 1944 and she had two or three SU assault gun regiment ?

No, it's core consisted of two tank brigades and one mech brigade. Still, there were 28 heavy SPG and 21 light one additional to 207 tanks ( TOE of 1944).
