On the subject of percentages, I find it interesting to ponder about the effect of subtracting a significant amount of any of the key supplies provided by LL. Take for instance high octane aviation fuel. A loss of the LL portion would have an effect on the not only the number of sorties that the Red Air Force could fly, but also training hours for new pilots, quality of replacements, combat effectiveness, ability to provide "mass" at critical points and perhaps even the Soviet production strategy. The same can be said for steel (as it relates to tank and artillery production), canned meat, trucks, tactical radios, etc.
On the specific issue of trucks, I think the effect would be a significant reduction in the Red Army's ability to conduct logistical operations while on the offensive (late war,44-45). The result of which would be shorter "bounds" forward and would also make encirclement and deep penetration operations much more difficult.
Just a few thoughts anyway...
