Okay, I'm intrigued - what exactly are the projectiles on the turret of the BT in the photo?

I don't remember seeing this one before in any books...I presume it was experimental, whatever it is?

Wel...it's a BT, with what looks to me like a 45mm gun mounted on a fairly big turret for a BT. So a BT7 or thereabouts? Therefore this would be a type from somewhere in the period 1935-41 - assuming this isn't an experiment with a spare obsolete chassis at a later date.

I'm probably displaying appalling Western ignorance here. Oleg, what is this intriguing vehicle? :)

We know the Russians had rockets during WWII. It was widely publicized that any Russian who fired a missile and was caught would be killed
