Those are HD combos, most probably wartime pic. Note also puttees of soldiers, very typical wartime issue.
Concerning the mortar, I'd say 82 mm, 82-PM41?

Harley-Davidson 42WLA lend-lease motorcycles in in SU were delivered without sidecar, a sidecar from the Soviet M-72 motorcycle, and arms a 82-mm battallion mortar 1937.
